What is the mentality of the workers in shelters and NY legal Aid in New York ?

 


On October 1, 2022, I went back to the shelter where I lived for two and a half months. I did not find my property. I found another person who took the bed. The employee told me to go out. You have been transferred. I told him where and where the paperwork. He said, “I don’t know.” I called 911, and the police came and said after 11 pm, the employee will be provided by the bed. I called 311 three times until 12 am, and this is the last number case I called EC – 00519263, and every time I called 311, I was transferred to 911, this is also num of last police office I called 1060 she said sorry the police will come to your location now after call closed I received call From a private number someone said it's a police officer and he can't coming and did not make a report good night.

I need urgent help from a lawyer, please.

I spent 4 years, health, efforts, money to be familiar I Manhattan

I didn’t have health, efforts, money, or time to live in Brooklyn . I had mini stroke , trauma and lost all belongs because I did not find law in New York .

I told that’s to social director in September 29, 2022 ( Hayley Fallon )

She told me I live in Brooklyn and work in Manhattan , and I did not have insurance like you .

She doesn’t understand how people had mini stroke and trauma and lost everything because I did not find law.

She compare her status by patients in shelter, after I replied for her she told another people have blind or lost legs and have priority for you.

I meet lawyer in legal org and he advice me don’t contact police in every situation, I don’t know what can I do after I face abuse in society organization in USA

After one month Miss Depwaha from legal New York contact me to tell me I don’t help you to sue the homeless department and I don’t know who can help you in legal case.

Sorry, yeah most people who work in the homeless/recovery industry see you as guaranteed income and maybe will also consider you for non-consensual sex.
